As International Operations and Technology Director at Marhubi International Ltd, I shape the operating and digital capability that enables the business to scale with stability and control. Working across our brands, including StarTrans and Rock Oil, and our wider activity in logistics, trading and investment, machinery, mining support, fishing and tourism, I focus on disciplined delivery, strong governance and clear communication for both clients and internal teams.
I work closely with senior leadership to translate strategy into execution through robust reporting, operational controls and accountable performance management. I also lead the direction of our technology function, ensuring secure, resilient infrastructure and fit for purpose systems that support growth.
My remit includes implementing practical digital tools that strengthen visibility, coordination and decision making, from workflow automation and asset monitoring to fuel, maintenance and documentation controls. This approach supports high standards of service, compliance, and sustainable growth across Marhubi’s operations and partnerships.
