Marhubi International Ltd operates across several sectors through brands including StarTrans and Rock Oil, with activities spanning logistics, trading and investment, machinery, mining support, fishing, and tourism. My role focuses on supporting and improving the operational and technology foundations that enable efficient service delivery, growth, and control across the business.
With an international remit across India, Oman, and Tanzania, I support coordination of global partnerships, procurement processes, supplier relationships, and the operational systems that connect the business to its regional markets. Working closely with senior leadership, I help ensure operational plans are delivered effectively through structured processes, reporting, and performance tracking across teams and external partners.
A key focus of the role is improving operational efficiency and visibility through the use of digital systems, including workflow management tools, asset and fleet tracking, maintenance scheduling, contract documentation, and performance reporting dashboards. I also support governance and compliance by maintaining structured procedures, access controls, and basic risk management practices to ensure consistent service delivery and operational continuity across all regions.

I work closely with executive and operational teams to support efficient delivery, prudent risk management, regulatory compliance, and optimal asset utilisation. Our sectors demand reliability, coordination, and sound judgement, and these principles guide every aspect of our operations.
