Marhubi International Ltd operates across multiple service lines through brands including StarTrans and Rock Oil, alongside activity in logistics, trading and investment, machinery, mining support, fishing and tourism. My role is to strengthen the operational and technology foundations that allow the business to grow with stability, control and consistency.
International in scope, my responsibilities extend beyond Tanzania and focus on global partnerships, international procurement and supplier relationships, and the operational systems that connect Marhubi to markets worldwide. Working closely with leadership, I help translate strategy into execution by establishing clear operating standards, structured reporting and accountable performance management across teams, partners and suppliers.
A key focus is enabling scalable growth through digital capability and operational visibility. This includes implementing practical tools and controls for workflow management, fleet and asset monitoring, fuel and maintenance governance, documentation and contract management, and performance dashboards to support faster decisions and clearer communication. Compliance is embedded through documented procedures, access control, change management and risk oversight, supporting high standards of service and sustainable expansion across Tanzania and international markets.

I work closely with executive and operational teams to support efficient delivery, prudent risk management, regulatory compliance, and optimal asset utilisation. Our sectors demand reliability, coordination, and sound judgement, and these principles guide every aspect of our operations.
